Care Dynamics 2026 Customer and Staff Awards

On Friday 18^th September, at the Bradford Bulls Stadium, we hosted our 2026 Customer and Staff Awards.

Another amazing night, with massive attendance and support from our wonderful customers, their families, circles of support and our fantastic carers.

Christa Akroyd again compared, and yet again she ensured the evening was enjoyable (occasionally emotional) and that it ran smoothly.

Great food, brilliant DJ, photographer, balloon displays, and buffet from the catering team, “thank you to all”.

The winner of our Outcome Award said:

I am writing to extend my sincere gratitude to you all, following the award I received yesterday. This recognition is not mine alone, it reflects the dedication and excellence demonstrated across our entire Team.

To the Office Team: I deeply appreciate your tireless commitment, administrative support, and the strong foundation you provide, ( specifically to myself )  enabling us to deliver the highest standards of care. Your diligence and professionalism are invaluable. 

To my dedicated teams and fellow workers: it is a privilege to lead and work alongside such compassionate, reliable, and hard‑working team members. Your daily contributions make a genuine difference, and this achievement belongs to every one of you.

Thank you for your trust, your collaboration, and your continued commitment to our shared mission. I am immensely proud to be part of this exceptional team.

The winner of our “All About You” Award said:

Thank you everyone for a lovely evening and for making the awards celebration so special. I am truly grateful to everyone who took the time to vote for me for the All About You Award. It means a lot to know that the care and support I try to give to others has been noticed and appreciated.

I am also grateful for the support and opportunities I have had within the organisation, which have helped me grow in my role and continue to do my best for those we support.

Congratulations to everyone who was recognised, and a big well done to our whole team for the team award. It was lovely to celebrate these achievements together.

The winner of the “Simply Inspirational” Award said: 

A heartfelt thank you to Management and my Team. I would like to sincerely express my appreciation for the recognition and the wonderful award presented to me. I am truly humbled and grateful to be recognised for the work I do.

 Although the award was presented to me personally, I see it as a reflection of the collective effort, dedication, and commitment of everyone around me. I would especially like to acknowledge the wonderful ladies we support. Seeing them achieve their goals, express themselves, enjoy their activities and experience moments of happiness is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

I would also like to give a very special thank you to my amazing team. This recognition would not have been possible without your hard work, patience, compassion, teamwork and commitment. Every one of you plays an important part, and I genuinely appreciate everything you do, including the things that may sometimes go unnoticed.

To my team, please do not relent in your efforts. Continue to give your best, continue to support one another, and most importantly, continue to provide care with the dignity, respect, compassion and quality of support our clients deserve. The impact of what we do is far greater than we sometimes realise.

This award belongs to all of us in many ways. You made it possible, and I am deeply grateful to every one of you.

Care Dynamics absolutely love having the opportunity to celebrate our customers amazing achievements and acknowledge the fantastic work of our dedicated, compassionate carers. We are so proud of the work we do, the positive impact we make within our community and the huge difference we make to people’s lives. A massive thank you to everyone involved in making the evening a huge success and congratulations to all the winners during the night. Care Dynamics was established 15 years ago, and we very much look forward to celebrating the next 15 years.
