CDY Customer, Ian Ross, has previously written stories about his support activities which proved to be very helpful.

Ian is now our official Volunteer Trip Adviser.

He is exploring new places to visit and writing reports for support workers to share with their customer’s, giving both good and bad weather activity ideas and his personal experiences with regard to customer service, value for money, cleanliness, facilities, accessibility etc.
