On Saturday 24th January, the ‘Portraits of our Time’ exhibition was launched at the Bradford Industrial Museum, BD2 3HP and is running until the end of March.
The exhibition celebrates people across Bradford who access care and support through photographs and stories.
Through our collaboration with the Bradford Care Association, our very own Trip Advisor Ian Ross has had a huge posterboard created by Artist Tom Bailey which maps out locations he has visited and reported on across the district.
Ian’s posterboard, along with examples of his reports were also exhibited. Ian’s reports give feedback, advice, and recommendations from a person with disabilities perspective. The reports were a great success; everyone thought they were a brilliant idea and congratulated him on his amazing voluntary work.
The exhibition also showcases the Creative Health activities that have taken place throughout the year including the sensory virtual walks.
The attendance was very good, including the Deputy Mayor and Mayoress of Bradford.
