We received some very useful feedback from our 2025 staff survey and are responding to everyone who made suggestions. We also received some lovely comments:

Question: What do you like most about your job?

  • I enjoy the meaningful nature of the work. Supporting customers with their daily needs and seeing the impact of good care. I also appreciate the teamwork and the sense of purpose that comes with helping others.
  • I like the consistency of supporting my regular customers, as it helps maintain continuity of care and strengthens trust and familiarity. I also appreciate the support provided for my professional development whenever opportunities have arisen which shows that Care Dynamics values staff growth and progression.
  • Empowering people to live the lives that brings them joy. Seeing individuals’ positive transformations and building trust with them, makes my job worthwhile. I like the work life balance it gives me.
  • Teamwork is key in this office. We all are happy to help each other and pitch in when needed. It is a very busy office and can be stressful, but we work together and always get the job done.
  • What I like most about my job is the compassionate value, care and support given to customers and meeting their care plan, it gives me joy and fulfilment.
  • I love being a support worker, meeting different people, making small differences in their lives, seeing customers accomplish their desires and wishes.
  • My customers! I absolutely love them all. This is still the best job I have ever had in my entire life by a mile and can’t imagine myself doing anything else now. I never get out of bed dreading work anymore, I genuinely belly laugh with my customers almost every single day and I feel incredibly proud when I can help them to achieve their goals.
  • I really enjoy helping my customers to live their best life’s they are the most interesting people I have ever met I am so happy every shift is different we have plenty of giggles and fun times.
  • I love making positive impact by helping customers regain independence, prompting them to achieve their goals. Their smile while celebrating small wins and loud laugher while living more fulfilling life brings a sense of satisfaction.
  • I like being part of a team that genuinely cares and makes a difference. Every day is different, and it’s rewarding to know the work we do has a real impact.
  • CDY are very good at responding to any concerns or worries that staff or customers have. I like my customers and the place that I work in.

  • The company focuses on good quality care and supports staff when needed. Communication and teamwork are strong.
  • Care Dynamics provides good, person-centred care and makes sure customers get consistent and dependable support. The company also creates a positive workplace where staff are encouraged to stay professional and show compassion in everything they do.
  • I like the fact that they celebrate staff birthdays, it’s really thoughtful of them.
  • Care dynamics look after everyone needs; all staff are very friendly and helpful.

  • Care Dynamics does a great job of promoting teamwork and making sure staff are trained and confident in their roles. There’s a strong focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care and supporting staff to develop their skills.
  • Everyone is very welcome when speaking to or visiting the office. If I have ever had any areas of concerns or require any information, I received support quickly.
  • Improving how staff work, for example extra outcome and supported living training.
  • CDY care about every individual and always have time for people. Organizing events such as Christmas party, and awards evening which means a lot to people as they feel celebrated and appreciated.
