CQC – Care Quality Commission Inspection praises Care Dynamics Yorkshire

A July 2013 CQC report shows that Care Dynamics Yorkshire met all essential standards of quality and safety expected after an unannounced inspection in June 2013. Inspectors spoke with relatives of people who used the service and said that staff treated their relatives with dignity and respect. Relatives and customers agreed that they were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment and that staff were supportive of them making those decisions.
